What to expect when visiting a Physiotherapist
Thankfully, it is not often that we find ourselves needing to go to the Physiotherapist. For some of us it is a very rare occasion indeed and the thought of the unknown can be off putting.
What will I be asked to do? What exercise may I be asked to do? What can I expect on the first visit? are all questions that may be running through your mind.
